Plants, Mental Health, and You!

Local plant raconteur and nonprofit, Golden Trowel, will present on the emotional benefits of living with plants, have a show-and-tell of exotic specimens and a hands on planting of new friends to take home.

This free event is open to anyone living with a mental illness (does not need to be diagnosed or disclosed) and 1 guest, lunch will be provided.
