Velkommen! Get into the Ferie Ånd (holiday spirit) with demonstrations and sampling of classic Scandinavian foods. The Daughters of Norway will take you through a Norwegian Christmas journey by making lefsa, meatballs, desserts, and a traditional treat called krumkake, a delicious waffle cookie. Practice on your own when you take home a cookbook. This class is open to ages 8 and older.
