This will be a Course Tasting Menu with paired wines. Barolo and Brunello di Montalcino are among the world’s most celebrated wines. Taste the differences between Barolo (a highly tannic, highly aromatic red wine made from Nebiolo grapes) and Brunello di Montalcino (a dense and powerful red wine made from 100% Sangiovese; generally less tannic, lower alcohol and acidity).
