This starter is paired with Schramsberg Sparkling Brut Rosé MV\, a delicious sparkler featuring a fruitful\, complex and dry profile. \nNext\, guests will savor grilled Catalan prawns—tiger prawn brochette served over ajo blanco with delicate olive oil pearls. The dish is complemented by the Bricoleur Sauvignon Blanc 2022\, whose bright acidity enhances the prawns’ fresh flavors. \nThe third course showcases herb-seared grouper\, accompanied by a vibrant spring vegetable fricassée and finished with a fragrant gremolata. Paired with a Limestone Chardonnay 2022\, a refined white wine that brings out the dish’s delicate citrus and herbaceous notes. \nFor the main course\, guests will indulge in a black pepper-crusted filet mignon\, served alongside escalivada—a smoky Catalan-style roasted vegetable dish—and roasted fingerling potatoes. This robust and flavorful entrée is paired with a Bricoleur Pinot Noir 2021. \nTo conclude the evening\, guests will delight in a rhubarb frangipane tart\, served with fresh strawberries\, amaretto cream and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. It tells the story from their humble beginnings as Tom & Jerry to their incredible success as one of the best-selling music groups of the ‘60’s to their dramatic split in 1970. It culminates with the famous “The Concert in Central Park” reunion in 1981 with more than half a million fans in attendance. \nWith more than 100 million album sales since 1965\, Simon & Garfunkel’s perfect harmonies and songs that poignantly captured the times made them one of the most successful folk-rock duos of all time. Over the years\, they 10 Grammy Awards and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1990. In 1977\, their “Bridge Over Troubled Water” album was nominated at the Brit Awards for Best International Album. In 2003\, Simon and Garfunkel were awarded a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award and the following year saw their “The Sound of Silence” awarded a Grammy Hall of Fame Award.
