This event will be hosted at Truckee High School in the Cafeteria from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. \nSavor a delightful array of soups expertly prepared by local renowned chef Meredith Miller Elliott\, accompanied by fresh bread and refreshing beverages. But the experience doesn’t end there – the first 50 attendees will be gifted a unique ceramic bowl as a token of our gratitude for your invaluable support. \nEmpty Bowls is a grassroots movement embraced by artists and craftspeople worldwide\, raising funds for food-related charities to address hunger in their communities. \nSierra Community House stands as a pillar of support\, offering family strengthening\, crisis intervention\, hunger relief\, and legal services. With locations in Kings Beach\, Incline Village\, and Truckee\, we’ve provided 293\,000 meals to our North Tahoe/Truckee neighbors over the past year.
