Guests may choose to attend Thursday\, September 23rd at The Club at ArrowCreek; Friday\, September 24th at Montreux Golf & Country Club (private event)\, or Saturday\, the 25th at the Grand Sierra Resort. Each evening will feature live\, silent\, and dessert auctions as well as delectable creations from Reno’s top culinary talent. \n  \n APPETIZERS AND AUCTION You will want to arrive early to enjoy hosted wine and tasty appetizers provided by our chef teams. And don’t forget to bring your mobile devices fully charged so you can take part in our amazing silent auction. With more than 200 items donated by our generous community\, there is sure to be something for everyone! \n DINNER Each course will be designed by one of our top chefs and expertly plated for you. Dinner will be delicious\, but we hope you leave room for dessert! Created by our area’s most renowned pastry chefs\,  one-of-a-kind desserts\, paired with an adult beverage\, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. DESCRIPTION:This year’s fun-filled event will run from Friday\, July 9 through Sunday\, July 11 in the west parking lot of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. Over the course of three days\, amateur and professional artists will transform pavement into spectacular masterpieces while they battle for prizes in categories such as Best Use of Color\, Best Use of 3D and Best Reproduction of a Master’s Work. \nReno’s fastest-growing art event will also feature local arts and craft vendors\, a variety of food and drinks and live entertainment. She has put together a special playlist that is fun for kids of all ages. Why a family dance and not a traditional Father Daughter Dance? Because it is still not safe to hold large gatherings\, Sierra Community House wanted to do something virtual that was meaningful for families in our community who may be experiencing extra stress and tension. Dancing makes you feel happy; and some of that pure happiness comes from the bonding dancing promotes. So\, while we are breaking from tradition this year\, we encourage you to come together as a family on this special night and groove! Participate\, dance\, bond. Show your family spirit. Considered one of Tchaikovsky’s best works\, the composer himself described Serenade for Strings as a “piece from the heart.” Opening with an homage to Mozart\, it is a graceful and poised composition with a memorable waltz melody that has been used in a variety of movies and ballets. The program also includes Chevalier de Saint-Georges’s Violin Concerto No. 2\, a showcase for violinist Ruth Lenz.
