Showcasing live entertainment seven nights a week at Sand Harbor\, Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park\, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival’s 2021 season is headlined by mega-hit productions of Much Ado About Nothing\, Shakespeare’s sublime battle of wits and wills\, and Mamma Mia!\, the smash hit feel-good musical. Mamma Mia! (Music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus / Some songs with Stig Anderson / Book by Catherine Johnson / Originally conceived by Judy Craymer) is presented through special arrangement with MUSIC THEATRE INTERNATIONAL (MTI). \n

DESCRIPTION:Will perform traditional folk dances along with informal dancing instruction for the public.Musicians will interpret vocal and instrumental Basque melodies. Watch weight lifting and wood chopping exhibitions. The public can participate in a weight carrying competition. Children can enter a bota drinking event. Listen to improvisational poetry in the Basque’s ancient language of Euskera. Foods\, alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Souvenirs for purchase.

DESCRIPTION:The famous classic Giselle is the bittersweet story of love and death that has moved audiences of all ages in every corner of the world. It is possibly the best-loved of the world’s ballets about the peasant girl who falls in love with a Prince\, dies of a broken heart and is transformed into a spirit protecting her lover from the vengeance of a group of evil female spirits called Wilis. SNB’s production features DaYoung Jung\, Alehendro Gonzales\, Ananda Bena-Weber and a cast of 30 dancers.
