The gala is one of two annual fundraising events for the Foundation. The other takes place during the annual Hot August Night event with the auctioning of a donated vehicle. To date\, MAG Auctions has helped raise over $500\,000 during the Foundation car auction. \n

SUMMARY:Monthly Poultry Swap
DESCRIPTION:Northern Nevada Poultry Fanciers Association host a local poultry swap and sale the 3rd Saturday of each month March through September at the Reno CAL Ranch Store. More than just chickens are for sale at this swap. Members bring hatching eggs\, chicks\, fresh farm eating eggs\, sometimes the local 4-H youth bring fruit or fresh picked flowers as fundraising. You might also see a few bunnies\, goats and pigs! The Association also takes in unwanted roosters for rehoming at these events for those who cannot keep roosters in their neighborhood.
