Everline Resort & Spa Wine Maker Dinner

Everline Resort & Spa in Olympic Valley is debuting a monthly Winemaker Dinner series at its Six Peaks Grille.
The first event will take place on Wednesday, April 3 and will feature the Wagner Family of Wine, a premier Napa Valley estate that produces several popular labels including Mer Soleil and Caymus.
The dinner will feature a five-course menu prepared by the resort’s culinary team featuring everything from a crispy skin black cod with black trumpet mushrooms to a grilled ribeye and dessert of whipped cheesecake. Each course will be paired with a selection from the Wagner Family of Wine.
