Discover the art of naturally leavened bread. Learn flour basics, starter maintenance, mixing, shaping, and baking. By the end, you’ll be ready to bake sourdough at home. The class combines dinner, a lecture, hands-on practice, a sweet finish, and Q&A. Ages 12+ welcome. Includes beverages, dinner, an Intro to Bread Packet, dessert, starter, and bread.
